The hotel is a bit hidden on a side street, so it is very quiet and there is no traffic noise. The rooms are spacious, there are several free bottles of water every day. Breakfast was good. The staff was always friendly and courteous
On the beach, you can only swim to a limited extent due to the shallow water. . Room well suited for couples, transparent glass wall between shower and toilet. The deluxe rooms are located in a separate building across the street

Very professional staff, spotless rooms.
Luxurious stay, as always. Local food, very good service and absolutely stunning view of the sea. Lovely beautiful location, deep in the jungle. Based adjacent to the National park and the Tamarindsprings spa and the three restaurants on the resort. Well-appointed double room, comfortable beds. Friendliness of the stuff.

We stayed in the Oceanview Pool Villa, and it was amazing! Super clean, well-maintained, and the beach view was to die for. Having our own private pool was such a nice touch, perfect for chilling out. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. The only downside was the sea level was pretty low on the hotel side, which might not be great for swimming. But overall, the room was fantastic!

Very nice hotel, lobby, dining and other facilities (fitness, library,...). Spacious room, somewhat harder but comfortable beds, balcony with jacuzzi, separated shower cabin and toilet, remaining bathroom partially open to the bedroom on the back side of a partition wall (clever layout). Beautiful beach and pool area with private and relaxed atmosphere. Everything is clean and well maintained with much attention to details and local culture. Rich breakfast and excellent cuisine (daily dinner themes). Good motorbike rental, small tailor and souvenir boutique just next to the hotel entrance. However, the best and most important aspect is the very friendly and highly motivated hotel personnel. Thanks for the pleasant stay!
Overall nothing substantial to be criticized. Not enough fresh towels in the evening and sometimes a bit smelly at upper pool area. Swimming at the beach not possible at this period (shallow water). Small road to the hotel could be kept in better condition/cleanness (perhaps as common interest in cooperation with neighboring hotels).

Very great breakfast buffet with a huge selection. Two pools. The complex is very well maintained with direct access to the beach. We had a normal room, WLAN is only available there if you are or become a member of the marriott club. Price very very high by Thai standards.

Really good service from the staff made my stay lovely.
The bed was uncomfortable, akin to sleeping on a hard board.

Nice hotel complex away from Lamai Beach, at a smaller and much more beautiful beach. The location was perfect for us, the hotel is quietly situated, but a taxi took us to the centre in 5 minutes. The breakfast was very fresh and every morning a highlight. The staff was always in a good mood and super friendly :-)
Not all top modern anymore, but still very good standard for Thailand.
